CARSOON – UI/UX Design for a Car Dealership & Service Platform

Company name: Sam Khodro

Industry:  Automotive / Car Dealership & Services

Goals: Design a digital platform to streamline car buying, selling, and servicing for users in Iran, enhancing trust and usability.

Project Deadline “Phase 1”:  3 months 

Project Duration “Phase 1”: 4 months (because of changes in design process and BPA) 

Target Audience

1. The Time-Strapped Professional (Primary Persona)
– Demographics: 30-50 y/o, high income, Car lovers, mixed gender but males are more.
Behavior:
– Prefers few-minutes transactions over dealership haggling
– Uses mobile for 80% of research

Quote: “I need a luxury SUV by Friday – with test drive and guarantees.”

2. The Traditional Dealer (B2B User)
Demographics: Showroom owners transitioning online
Needs:
– An online platform to expand their business
– White-label dashboard to maintain brand identity

RESEARCH AND BENCHMARK

By deeply understanding user needs through research, I designed solutions like verified vehicle inspections, transparent pricing models, and adaptive interfaces that made car buying trustworthy and convenient. This project demonstrates my ability to craft complete digital experiences that bridge user needs with business objectives, establishing new standards in automotive e-commerce.
