OVERVIEW

This project designed for an agreement system involves creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface for users to interact with an agreement or contract management system. The goal is to designing a template and streamline the process of creating, reviewing, and signing agreements, making it efficient and accessible for all stakeholders involved.

*It should be noted that this project has already been implemented and at this stage it must be redesigned.*

OUR PURPOSE AND ROLE

Based on the research findings, datas and the past problems, UI/UX designers and developers creates a new information architecture that organizes the agreement system’s content and features in a logical and easy-to-navigate structure. This ensures that users can quickly find the information they need and also experience a pleasure visual design.

The general goal is creating a template for the system.

  • This involves designing the user interface elements, such as input forms, document previews, and search options. The focus is on creating a clean and intuitive interface that guides users through the agreement process.
  • Visual design: selecting appropriate colors, typography, and imagery that align with the purpose and create a professional look and feel.

USABILITY TEST

The designed interface and interactions were tested with colleagues within the organization to identify any usability issues and gather feedback for further improvements. This process helps refine UI/UX based on user insights.

Note: Many designs are confidential or not licensed for full display and access through links; And also in some cases, it is impossible for the public to access the internal portal.

CONCLUSION

Throughout the project, we focused on creating a user-friendly and eyecatching design that simplified the agreement process, reduced errors, and enhanced overall efficiency. The end result was an agreement system with an intuitive interface that improved the user experience for all stakeholders involved.
